There are many causes for Hypertension, but I would like to discuss factors that contribute to Hypertension.

The systolic refers to the upper part of the blood pressure reading.
Factors that must be considered when taking the blood pressure are.

  • If your systolic blood pressure is high, it could be caused by severe pain.
  • Smoking before taking blood pressure.
  • Stress.
  • Alcohol intake.
  • Activity.

There are also other factors to look at regarding your blood pressure.

Men tend to be stubborn and not go to a health practitioner regarding high blood pressure. This could lead to strokes and brain damage, and your cognitive functions can be damaged, and you can get dementia.

Do you know what a genogram is? Did you know that it is of utmost importance to have your genogram done? This could indicate which illnesses you can be exposed to. I also do genograms on relationships within the family and the influence it has on your health.

Many people have small blood clots in the small veins within the brain. Taking preventative measures like half a Disprin daily, especially if you are older than 50, can prevent cognitive brain damage and dementia.

Headache

Are you experiencing a severe headache on the one side of your face coming down your neck to the one side of your arm?

It could be a sign of a broken tooth where the nerve is damaged. No headache pills will help to relieve this pain. It can be a tooth-damaged nerve, and only certain medications can help you address this pain. One of the pills is Lyrica 150mg. In addition to taking brufen, make an appointment with the dentist soonest as possible.

Severe Back Pain

Are you experiencing severe back pain? It is crucial to identify the type of pain you are experiencing. Is it a throbbing, stabbing, or burning pain?

Where do you experience the pain? Is it when you are standing, walking, lying down, or sitting? Where does this pain circulate?

There are at least six different medications to take for your back pain. It is therefore very important to identify the pain before prescribing the proper medication to alleviate the back pain.

There are two ways to alleviate pain, Drug Therapy, and Non-Drug therapy.
